On June 4, 1963, U.S. President J.F. Kennedy signed Executive Order 11110 giving the exclusive privilege to the U.S. government and especially the Treasury Department to print the dollar leaving the FED with just the title …. And effectively marginalizes it. So Lyndon Johnson comes up and says: “Shrouds have no pockets…and don’t let the boatman cross me over before my time….” and he signs the refusal to execute Kennedy’s Executive Order 11110…and he also signed a stay of execution…of his own execution…I don’t know if you mean me…. Saturn was in Aquarius (*as now), VULCANUS was equal to WI and now we have ZE=WI, PO=WI……
