On September 21, 2022, President Vladimir Putin declared partial conscription in Russia. For many, this is a panic move but Putin with his astrological chart is certainly not in a panic. Under pressure yes, under panic …hard to see.
ZEUS again equals AR (Aries or Vernal Point) and that creates conditions for war (*we are talking globally).
The day (AR/SU) equals President Putin’s MARS and this is interpreted as: “The fast and active individuals. The phase when the body is at the “peak” of its form. The body that achieves its maximum potential.” The number he announced is 300,000 reservists but possibly the number does not reflect reality since President Putin has in his natal chart “ME/VU=HA: The thoughts that direct the person to roll towards bad deeds.”
The specific personal equation related to the evolution of the day {*SU(radix)+ SU(sarc) – SU(transit) equals MARS (transit), KRONOS (radix), and also PL/ZE and all this is interpreted as:
PL/ZE: The axis of response to obligations and duty. The immediate changes. The creation of a new situation. The person who will try harder. Taking on more tasks. The oedipal syndrome. Revival. The beginning of growth. The advancement of plans. The beginning of pregnancy. The nuclear – atomic weapons. Armament programs. Development in a new venture. Talent in martial arts.
PL/ZE=MA: Obligations of the owner. Military duty. Rules of the house. Planning of the house.
PL/ZE=KR: Performing to the utmost. Achieving through difficulties the maximum possible result. A supervisor or government demanding something impossible. Lack of realism.
If we look at the map of Russia the day (AR/SU) equals ZE & MA and this is interpreted as:

AR/SU=ZE: The physical abilities. The leadership qualities. The creative ability. Physical fitness. Control and mastery over the body.

This is an extremely difficult decision for President Putin and will cost him manpower. But progress (SARC) suggests that it is the only solution. It is unpleasant news that we need to analyze its motives and its result.
Many mainstream media portray the Russians as wanting to leave Russia to avoid conscription. This is true. The same thing was going on in WWII the Russians had to choose between German machine guns and being shot by Russian officers as cowards and traitors. Also, Russia is the attacking country. How many Syrians have deserted and how is it that in a war situation the bars in Kyiv are full of Ukrainian youth? In war, the first thing to die is the truth. I am afraid that Putin will no longer “target”, JU/SA=VU, infrastructure buildings but also buildings where political leaders, senior military, or even embassies may be located.
I think that here President Putin is making a big mistake with his speech on a highly inappropriate, for him, day. I think he is looking forward, because of SARC KRONOS which equals HA/VU, to annex even more territory to annex Kharkovo (*There is also a corresponding podcast entitled.)
On the other hand, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is at a pivotal point as the progressed planets are exactly opposite his corresponding natal and this gives us the feeling that he believes that he can achieve a great reversal of the situation. On the one hand, the SARC MC is conjunct transiting ZE/VU and this speaks to us: Strong impetus for activities. A strongman that works mechanically. A person who acts as a contrarian. But the SARC ASC equates to NE/VU & HA/KR and this is interpreted as NE/VU=AS: A person who will test through others. A great deception or disappointment. The deprivation of success through the demonstration of power by others.
HA/KR=AS: A great loss. Bad Luck.
Essentially we are talking about a move that aims to damage the opponent but which has much deeper motives……
This move wants to ignite feelings of panic and self-preservation in the states that support Ukraine. In such a situation we must necessarily see the sensitive point ZE/KR=UR that talks about. War breaks out suddenly.”
Russia wants to get Ukraine’s allies to send arms to Ukraine since it knows that the allies’ stockpiles are well below the security threshold. Ukraine has essentially an overblown, and unjustified, optimism!!!

SYNOPSIS: We are entering phase two of the war. Whoever says “special military operation” is essentially playing with words. Putin is trying to take advantage of the coming of winter in Central and Northern Europe and will play a lot of the scenario in many countries’ “revolutions” like Maidan Square… It is a war of attrition that I think leaving out the nuclear scenario all other scenarios are on the table (*and biological warfare). Erdogan now has to choose between East or West. Let’s go for a new border change in Ukraine…the question is what will be left since the Poles will want to take territory from the “carcass” (*at least)…..
I warned you that from 16/9 the world will change completely. This was an announcement of a challenge to the West at a time when the entire British Commonwealth is mourning Grandma Elisabeth but also seeing that Charles is a king…without a kingdom!!!! You have to put into the equation and help in supplying munitions from China… Europe is now faltering, and America will be seen as unreliable but extremely dangerous… The economic crisis coming at a galloping pace will bring it to its knees…
Finally, those who play the stock market, and cryptocurrencies or have enough problems in the bank (amounts above 5 figures) should either get out or invest elsewhere…..
