Paramahansa Yogananda (Bengali: পরমহংস যোগানন্দ) (5 January 1893 – 7 March 1952), born Mukunda Lal Ghosh (Bengali: মুকুন্দলাল ঘোষ), was an Indian yogi and guru who introduced millions of westerners to the teachings of meditation and Kriya Yoga through his book, Autobiography of a Yogi.
Yogananda was a prolific writer. Divine inspiration found expression in his numerous books, five original sets of Yogoda lessons, hundreds of articles for the magazines, two volumes of poetry in addition to those written for the magazines and lessons, and more than a thousand pages of commentaries on the Bible and the Bhagavad Gita. One of the main characteristics of Yogananda’s writings is their delightful freshness. We can feel the inspiration that was flowing from the divine, through his consciousness, through his pen and directly on to the paper. They are alive! They scintillate with power, wisdom and often with marvelous humor.
According to Yogananda “The illumined sages of India discovered the spiritual science of Kriya Yoga in the long forgotten past. Lord Krishna extols it in the Bhagavad Gita. The sage Patanjali speaks of it in his Yoga Sutras. Paramahansa Yogananda has stated that this ancient meditation method was also known to Jesus Christ, as well as to disciples such as St. John, St. Paul, and others.
Kriya Yoga was lost for centuries in the dark ages, and reintroduced in modern times by Mahavatar Babaji, whose disciple Lahiri Mahasaya (1828–1895) was the first to teach it openly in our era. Later, Babaji asked Lahiri Mahasaya’s disciple, Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri (1855–1936), to train Paramahansa Yogananda and send him to the West to give this soul-revealing technique to the world
What can you write about a prominent figure and a yogi that changed my whole life. The Kriya lineage he brought to the West by the great Yogi Mahavatar Babaji opened the road of what is true yoga not only mere exercises with bodily movements, but first and foremost the kriya initiation, the kriya yoga meditation and specific exercises the lead the pathway to God realization through the path of Raja Kriya Yoga.

As we see from Yogananda natal chart and from this specific midpoint of what we are asking. Of course, we can use many more midpoints in a natal chart. This specific one we want to see how he incarnated with which lets say gifts or course as a soul he progressed more.
Also, something very advanced so as to help you how Uranian Rules
Yogananda’s date of death was 7 March 1952 in Los Angeles California at 8:38 pm and to make the long story short he attained Maha Samadhi, but on the body level he had a sudden heart failure by HIS WILL ALL THIS (YOGIC POWER)
At 22.30 degrees in that time
The Transit Sun and Uranus where together with also the midpoint KR/PO (God Connection)
In direct opposition Admetos/Neptune which made the following equation KR/PO=AD
Sudden death due to heart stroke or stroke. Very serious disorders. An unexpected event is taking place with serious consequences.
And KR/PO=NE =
Transition from an indefinable state to an essential phase. The neglected or abandoned estate. Wear due to use. Decomposition. Decay of the dead body.
He also had MA/HA ENERGIZED which means: A serious act, Unusual death.
Also His progressed chart we had at that time also UR/VU which speaks about: Explosions, lightning, thunderbolts, fires. Sudden appearance of forces.
Thunderbolt. Explosion. Mighty tension. Great display of strength.
So ending he showed how powerful and a great Yogi he was. The equations of his chart are very strong at the time of his death and i show it only by 22.30 Degrees. Understand that Uranian Astrology has the means for us to find what we want.
Also Paramahansa Yogananda natal chart was analysed with only one midpoint imagine if we used more midpoints thoroughly how deep we could go but this needs a lot of time and it would be too much for all of you.
“That meditation-expert (muni) becomes eternally free who, seeking the Supreme Goal, is able to withdraw from external phenomena by fixing his gaze within the mid-spot of the eyebrows and by neutralizing the even currents of prana and apana [that flow] within the nostrils and lungs; and to control his sensory mind and intellect; and to banish desire, fear, and anger.” —The Bhagavad Gita V:27-28
